Social capital refers to the relationships, trust, and networks that enable individuals to work together toward shared goals, while social infrastructure includes the physical spaces and organizational resources that support these interactions. Through a wide range of community programs and services, TNGCS creates opportunities for individuals to connect, build supportive relationships, and actively participate in community life.</p> <p>TNGCS develops social capital by providing services that address the diverse needs of community members.
