The hospital administrator's revisiting the nurses' schedule timelines and timetable to try to provide them with extra downtime between their shifts helped resolve the healthcare issue in the psychiatric hospital. After implementing this change, psychiatric nurses could find time to rest and refresh; as a result, they did not get overwhelmed by work and no longer experienced burnout. The new change ensured that psychiatric nurses could focus on providing quality patient care and outcomes. In addition, the decision by the hospital to hire an extra Registered Psychiatric Nurse helped resolve the issue facing the nurses. The newly hired nurse assisted with psychiatric nursing responsibilities, ensuring that the hospital nurses were not overwhelmed with duties. As a result, psychiatric nurses' work stress and burnout became a thing of the past in the hospital.</p>
