Abstract

This research proposal investigates “Hospitality Management and Cost–Benefit Analysis among City Planners — Post-Pandemic Lessons” using a Delphi study. Through a behavioral lens, the analysis integrates multi-source data to derive a practical decision framework for researchers and practitioners.
