Abstract

This research proposal investigates “FinTech for Cross-functional Tech Teams: Cost–Benefit Analysis | A qualitative grounded theory” using a event study methodology. Through a socio-technical lens, the analysis integrates multi-source data to derive a validated measurement model for researchers and practitioners.
