Abstract

This research proposal investigates “Explainable AI Adoption in Export-Oriented Manufacturers: Customer Experience — A Delphi study” using a Delphi study. Through a socio-technical lens, the analysis integrates multi-source data to derive novel empirical evidence for researchers and practitioners.
